You must be at least 18 years old to use MatchOne. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Do not share your login details with anyone.

3. Acceptable use

• Treat other users with respect. Harassment, hate speech and threats are not allowed.
• Do not post illegal, explicit, fraudulent or misleading content.
• Do not impersonate others or create fake profiles.
• Do not use the app for spam, scams or any unlawful purpose.

4. Content

You are responsible for the content you upload. By posting content you grant us a licence to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

5. Coins, gifts and purchases

Some features use in-app currency (tokens, match cards and diamonds). Purchases are final except where required by law. Virtual items have no cash value outside the app.

6. Safety and moderation

We may review reports, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms or harm the community, with or without notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using MatchOne at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that you will find matches or that the service will always be available or error-free.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
